Senior Business Operations Manager responsibilities:

• Partner with Global Customer Operations leaders, working with post sales customer facing units
• Lead the monitoring and continuous improvement of strategy execution – analyzing business performance, generating insights, defining action-plans
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly business reports and analysis drive for ongoing KPIs improvements
• Responsible for GCO business data accuracy and integrity
• Contributes to continuous improvement of business operation processes – working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders within NICE
• Business processed design and improvement, from discovery till implementation
• Run business process audits following with process improvement recommendations and execution
