Alignment with membership, planning and content teams for campaign asset creation
Consult and advise various stakeholders on ideal consumer journey for lead generation campaigns
Brief creative agencies and performance media teams for various campaigns and activations
Coordinate with consumer privacy and legal teams on lead generation campaigns
Ensure campaigns pages are correctly tagged for reporting purposes
QA & testing of lead generation campaigns
Support CRM team in onboarding and lead-nurturing program based on prospects profiles
Support the execution of projects e.g. reporting, presentations, workshops etc.
Continuous Improvement & Success Measurement
Monitor and analyze respective consumer data capture practices. Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to finding respective solutions.
Continuously improving signup experiences for .com and apps by conducting A/B tests and pilots, in close collaboration with experience optimization team.
Build business cases and gather insights to jointly build roadmap to improve existing signup experiences across all channels and consumer acquisition products.
Monitor performance of overall consumer KPIs and success of consumer acquisition activations.

Education & Experience
2+ years of experience in a Digital, CRM and/or eCommerce environment
Basic knowledge in Consumer Engagement domain
Hands-on experience with Consumer Engagement / Digital marketing / Lead generation tactics
Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies
Experience in product management and/or working using agile/SCRUM methodologies
Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and business partners
Good communication & negotiation skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
Project management and project monitoring experience is a plus
Knowledge of process optimization methodologies (LEAN, 6Sigma, etc…) is a plus
