Key Activities:
- Manage accurate and compliant employment-related payments and deductions for EMEA countries.
- Collect, validate, and upload payroll data according to country-specific procedures.
- Liaise with stakeholders (HR, payroll providers, Finance) and ensure statutory and internal reporting compliance.
- Participate in payroll audits and support reconciliation processes.
- Perform corrections, overrides, and review exceptions for unprocessed pay data.
- Support audits and statutory compliance, ensuring the accuracy and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator, Specialist, or Analyst across multiple EMEA countries, managing end-to-end cycles
- Hands-on experience with payroll and HR software, including global payroll systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in English and Romanian.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience with specific HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
