YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, AR, Deals desk, collections, product management (billing) and the rest of the Business Systems teams to identify, document business requirements and develop long term solution that realizes impactful business outcomes
  • Optimize the usability of applications in order-to-cash ecosystem with the experience of our stakeholders and customers in mind
  • Continually strive to optimize and transform business applications that support order-to-cash business flow including business process design, implementations, training, and post-go-live support
  • Play significant role in building the larger financial systems roadmap and ensure alignment with driving independent and collaborative initiatives from problem definition to sustained deployment
  • Maintain professional knowledge and skills relating to your functional domain to make relevant and impactful recommendations for process and service improvements, and efficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 10+ years experience in managing and administering Order-to-Cash applications (RightRev, Salesforce,Financialforce, Workday, revenue accounting systems like RevPro)
  • Experience in multiple aspects of a full-scale implementation: vendor selection, requirements gathering, architectural design, user acceptance testing, and rollout training
  • Understanding and demonstrated experience with current revenue recognition guidance under ASC 606
  • Domain expertise in the customer and transaction lifecycle from New Product Introductions through Revenue ReportingComfortable working in a fast-paced, agile software development environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to form solid relationships cross-functionally.
  • Strong quantitative critical thinking skills. Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $156,000 - $222,600.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
