What You'll Do

  • Build Long-Term Relationships with Merchants: Develop meaningful and lasting connections with key partners by focusing on trust and creating successful joint business plans.
  • Monitor Activity and Analyze Data: Conduct a range of financial, quantitative, and qualitative analyses to continually improve merchant performance.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Ensure operational KPIs are met and that store assortments are complete.
  • Develop Marketing and Promotional Strategies: Create and define specific plans to support partners with effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Present and Report Key Results: Share important results and insights with partners.
  • Enhance Uber’s Service: Act as an ambassador for Uber’s mission, brand, and product by solving problems for partners and the team. Identify opportunities to expand Uber Groceries' offerings to better meet partners' needs.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, business development, or operations (2-4 years).
  • Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel and a keen interest in data analysis.
  • English Proficiency: Effective communication in English.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Proactivity and Curiosity: A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuasively share recommendations and champion customer needs.
  • Analytics Experience: Basic level of SQL is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Extensive experience in account management, business development, revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial operations (2-4 years).
  • Excel Proficiency: Strong Excel skills and an interest in data analysis.
  • English Proficiency: Effective communication in English.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
