What you'll do:
- Build long-term relationships with merchants: Forge meaningful and enduring partnerships with key associates by prioritizing trust-building and developing successful joint business plans.
- Monitor activity and analyze data: Conduct a wide range of financial, quantitative, and qualitative analyses to continually enhance the performance of assigned merchants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational KPIs align with targets and store assortments are comprehensive.
- Develop and execute specific plans for marketing and promotional strategies for partners.
- Present and report key results to partners.
- Contribute to enhancing Uber’s service: Serve as an advocate for Uber's mission, brand, and product by addressing partners' and team's challenges. Identify opportunities to enhance Uber Groceries offerings to meet partner needs.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in numerical analysis.
- Proficiency in English.
- Project management skills: Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Proactivity and inquisitiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively convey recommendations and advocate for customer needs.
- Analytics experience: Basic proficiency in SQL is a plus.
