What you will do:
Work in partnership with the sales team providing recommendations for the development and implementation of complex offerings and solutions to help the team achieve sales targets
Sustaining good relationships with partners and existing/prospective customers
Build, design, and present complex solutions to customers
Lead the technical validation process with customers, including product and solution presentations and demonstrations, technical deep dive sessions and workshops, and proofs of value
Collaborate with Product Management teams and the Product Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer experience with our products
Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for the customers, gain the confidence of IT professionals, and build long-lasting relationships within our key accounts
What you will bring:
8+ years of experience working as a sales engineer, consultant, or solutions architect or in a relevant role
Knowledge of and preferably experience with any of the Red Hat platforms like Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), or other Red Hat technologies
Diverse architectural and hands-on experience across both on-premise and cloud platforms and workloads. Experience in areas as diverse as virtualization and cloud management to middleware, microservices, and serverless architectures and IT automation.
Knowledge of DevOps and agile methodologies
Ability to present and have technical and business discussions with C-level executives
