As a Senior Solution Architect, you will own the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects, and developing a deep expertise in AWS technologies, as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed using the AWS platform.Key job responsibilities
• Partnering with a diverse range of startups to adopt the right architecture at each stage in their lifecycle and driving the architecture of scalable, reliable and secure solutions
• Scoping each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined goals and success criteria
• Driving adoption of a broad range of AWS services to deliver business value and accelerate growth
• Partnering with engineering teams to support the evolution and roadmap of the AWS platform and services through customer feedback
• Building and nurturing technical relationships within the startup ecosystem, including accelerators, incubators and VCs
• Developing startup specific technical content, such as blog posts, sample code and solutions, to assist customers solve technical problems and reduce time-to-marketWhat if I don’t meet all the requirements?That’s okay! - 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries, preferably including startups / digital natives
