As a senior SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies.
- Proven experience as a SAP HANA Supply Chain Consultant specializing in TM, with a strong emphasis on SAP HANA SCM/TM and a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP HANA (overall 8+ years in SAP projects).
- Extensive experience with template roll-outs, fit-to-standard workshops, cutover management, and client engagement.
- In-depth understanding of transportation planning and execution processes, encompassing Logistics Execution, Transportation Management, Sales Order Processing, aATP, Delivery, DSD/LMD, and Intercompany processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA, including configuration, customization, and optimization in SD, MM, and TM modules.
- Superior client-facing, communication, and consulting skills.
- Experience working in client-facing roles, engaging stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in English is essential; local Central Eastern European (CEE) language skills and additional languages are advantageous.
- Relevant industry certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Strong change management skills to guide organizations through transitions to new systems and processes.
- HANA EWM integration experience.
Good communication skills in English (local CEE language skills and other languages a plus).
Exceptional client-facing, communication, and project management skills. Long running experience in client facing roles, engaging stakeholders ranging from end users to client country management.

Overall understanding of SD,FI, CO, CC, PC, PPC, ML and integration other modules.
