About the

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain and Operations Consultant to play a key role in our Supply Chain & Operations (SCO) Team in EY Polish Business Consulting practice. This position is suitable for professionals with a solid foundation in supply chain management who are ready to take on more responsibility and lead projects.

The opportunity gives you a chance to join our Planning team within SCO to support global and local clients with planning improvement implementations, e.g. Advanced Planning System like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP.

Your scope of duties:

  • Lead project delivery and provide expert guidance to clients and team members.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and develop strategic recommendations for supply chain optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and oversee the implementation of supply chain solutions.
  • Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful completion of milestones.
  • Drive transformational projects and contribute to the development of best practices in supply chain management.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, IT, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in supply chain management or consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Availability to travel as required for client engagements.
  • Experience with supply chain planning tools and advanced methodologies.
  • Proven track record in business analysis, process improvement, and project management.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members.
