Required Qualifications:

10+ years of technical engineering experience

o OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years of technical engineering experience

o OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of technical engineering experience

o OR Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years of technical engineering experience.

  • yearsof experiencewith cloud product engineering development and integration.
  • years of experienceleading and managing engineering teams in new product development of server, desktop, or high run rate electronic systems.
  • 10+ years of experience in Cloud Hardware design, Hardware development life cycle, and governance best practices.
  • 5+ years of design for cost, test, quality, manufacturing (DFx)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline

  • Relevant experience withcomponentarchitecture beyond hardware, including software, and firmware
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results, create a high-performing, healthy and scalable organization.

  • Experience managing complex partner engagement and leading engineering collaboration.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with executives and technology leaders inside and outside of Microsoft.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
