Key Responsibilities
- Ultimate responsibility for marketing and relationship management for an assigned small portfolio of key accounts.
- Coaching and conducting one-on-one meetings with an assigned team member.
- Serving as the single point of contact for multiple product groups within the team.
- Managing the division's information flow to the Channel Marketing team for multiple product groups.
- Preparing internal divisional presentations and reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager.
- Develop and manage commercial (online) marketing plans with measurable results.
- Drive (online) store traffic to premium products in collaboration with Benelux retail partners.
- Optimize the visibility of premium products during both the orientation and conversion phases, working closely with retail partners.
- Develop media campaigns with channel partners to support premium product launches.
- Execute ATL & BTL campaigns to boost brand engagement.
- Oversee go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Manage accounts and create data-driven marketing plans.
- Address evolving customer needs with a digital-first approach.
- Manage (online) store traffic and optimize the customer journey.
- Ensure a strong focus on premium products across all marketing efforts..
We also request:
- A completed bachelor’s degree in marketing & communication, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimal 5 years of relevant experience as a Senior Channel Marketer or in a similar role.
- Coaching experience is required.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English at a professional level.
- A passion for digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
