Keep up to date with the latest revisions of process operations, and area cross-training to allow for a flexible, efficient work team and stay current on industry trends and emerging functional practices, educational theories, and technical tools
Identifying and complete Continuous Improvements regarding training content and operations while ensuring proper documentation and rosters are being utilized, submitted, and upkept – Accuracy is essential
Measure, report and provide insights to assist the business in the review of the effectiveness of program
Manage material inventories, tooling, and equipment for classroom and lab use and order parts and consumables for training
Collaborate with Curriculum Development team to realize shared goals and deliverables
Ensure the security of Tesla employees, technology, intellectual property, and physical property
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate from Vocational School in Equipment Maintenance or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2 years leadership experience preferred - Demonstrates personal leadership and accountabilits
Worked in a manufacturing operations environment - workday may often be spent engaging in repetitious duties like lifting (up to 25 pounds), bending, and standing Proven ability to be highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience providing on-the-job training with manufacturing personnel
Familiarity with Objective based training theory, ADDIE process and functional assessment settings and expertise with Learning Management Systems
Maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as a Training Professional
