Develop high quality, engaging technical content and lab exercises on a wide variety of applications (basic and advanced) in concert with other manufacturing development instructors and college faculty/staff
Effectively/enthusiastically deliver equipment specific training to Manufacturing Development Apprentices in the classroom using a variety of presentation formats including Instructor-Led, Facilitative group learning, active hands-on learning, and functional assessments
Design and deliver high quality learner evaluations with written and hands-on assessments
Provide comprehensive schedule management and tracking of learner’s completed and required training in Tesla specific Learning Management software system, as required
Work cross-functionally with Training Systems and Development team to manage content storage and identify and track measures-of-success metrics
Support student learning outcomes assessment processes by teaching toward approved student learning outcomes and assessing student performance
Assist with curriculum review, revision and creation and aid in the development of new course materials and innovative instructional techniques that promote student learning and retain students to completion
What You’ll Bring
Associate's Degree in Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial Technology or closely related field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
Six months working in an advanced manufacturing training or industrial environment. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers and advanced manufacturing equipment preferred
Professional experience in manufacturing, or related technical fields. Experience with industrial measuring equipment
Familiarity with industrial robots
Experience with a learning management system and/or online learning in high volume, fast-paced settings
