Effectively deliver equipment specific training to Maintenance Technicians and Engineers in classroom and field settings while using a variety of presentation formats including Instructor-Led, Facilitative group learning, and active hands-on learning
Support efforts in develop high quality, engaging technical content and lab exercises on a wide variety of applications (basic and advanced) in concert with factory SMEs
Staying up to date with process and production changes by building and maintaining ongoing working relations with supporting cross-functional teams and production shops
Follow schedule outlined, maintain adaptability to day-to-day changes, and be flexible with business training requests
Ownership of training attendance for assigned classes, record keeping of learners in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Report and escalate all safety related concerns, events, or incidents in a timely manner
What You’ll Bring
2 years of practical experience in industrial technical maintenance/engineering applications
Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of manufacturing Robotics equipment and/or processes
Understanding of and commitment to Tesla’s teaching, mission, and philosophy
Innovative, flexible, positive teaching style and understanding the needs of students from diverse backgrounds
Strong ability to work and communicate effectively with team and peers within the Training, Maintenance, and Engineering organizations
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with hardware, tools, instruments, and methods applicable to manufacturing robotics processes
Technology Skills: Ability to integrate computer applications into teaching
