PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
To address customer requirements in SAP Success Factors for cross industries.
HCM payroll Background is required to support our HCM customers in their migration to SAP Success Factors cloud solutions.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 3 years Domain experience.
- Minimum 2 full life cycle SAP HCM Payroll / SSFF implementations.
- Good knowledge on Argentinean or Mexican or Colombian Payroll.
- Good knowledge of Employee Central component.
- Knowledge on RM, RMK, Comp, Onb, P&G, LMS and other SSFF components is desirable.
- HCM line of businesses and processes knowledge is required.
- Experience in project management is desirable.
- Good knowledge on SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.
- Good Presentation and communication skills
- Good command on English language (Portuguese is a plus)
- Able to work in an inter cultural team.
- Proven presentation skills.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Gain expertise in SAP Success Factors.
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
- Delivering billable components that meets a customer’s needs
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years Domain experience, with a minimum of 2 years of SAP SSFF experience. 2 full life cycle SAP HCM/SSFF implementations
Bachelor in Human Resources, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar

English – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory)
Portuguese - Fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese (Optional)
