As a Principal Associate Process Manager supporting the Financial Services Technology Command Center, you will help manage and support the command center processes. Responsibilities will include documenting, monitoring and running critical process points as defined by business policies and standards. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time. You may also lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities
● Acts as a liaison between the FS Tech organization and partner teams including Finance, Recruiting, Supplier Management, HR, and Enterprise Tech to achieve labor strategy goals
● Proactively identifies process inefficiencies and works with customers and partner teams to develop and execute solutions
● Works with Tech leadership team monthly to craft, manage, and report out staffing updates for a ~2,000 person organization
● Approves and prioritizes labor requests for both associate and non-associate labor across the organization to ensure recruiting activities are focused on highest impact initiatives & meet our overall labor strategy
● Tracks and manages interviewer participation, inventory of certified interviewers, including the identification and training plan for new interviewers
● Provides labor-related inputs to monthly & quarterly business and regulatory reviews
A qualified candidate will have:
Demonstrated that they can improve processes and deliver well managed and scalable solutions and intent resulting in flawless and sustainable execution
Ability to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change quickly.
A solid grasp of process management concepts
Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience working with data and automation tools. High proficiency in Google Sheets & Tableau
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of Process Management experience
4+ years of Project Management experience
1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams
Process Management training and certifications (Lean, Six Sigma)
