Job Description:

The GTM Manager will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize customer adoption, revenue impact, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital payments, market analytics, and go-to-market execution, with a sharp focus on ROI-driven decision-making and scalable growth strategies:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize customer acquisition costs, processing fees, and operational expenses while maintaining strong user engagement and retention.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, pricing models, and competitive positioning to refine growth strategies and cost structures.
  • Work with Finance and Product teams to develop pricing strategies that balance growth with profitability, ensuring competitive and cost-effective market positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align on revenue and cost targets, ensuring seamless execution of GTM plans.
  • Develop scalable sales enablement materials, training, and data-driven playbooks to help commercial teams drive adoption while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Define KPIs, track GTM performance, and continuously optimize strategies based on revenue impact, cost savings, and market feedback.
  • Implement best practices and GTM frameworks that drive efficiency, reduce unnecessary costs, and enhance scalability.
