Roles and Responsibilities
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned dealer accounts
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
Meets assigned targets for profitable Service Business and strategic objectives in assigned dealer accounts
Proactively leads a joint dealer planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive dealer relationship
Proactively assesses, clarify, and validate dealer needs on an ongoing basis
Sells through dealer organizations to end users in coordination with dealer sales resources
Maintains excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to dealer rules of engagement
Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
Drives adoption of company policy and strategy with dealers
Owns Key Accounts relationships with Dealers and visits customers as agreed proactively proposing Service Contracts, Upgrades and other service offerings as required
Drive timely AR collections across dealer managed accounts
Manage a formal review meeting with the dealer to include on Weekly/Monthly Basis
This role requires 10+ years of significant experience in the Services, Customer Contract Management and Channel Partner management
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's / Master's degree from an accredited university or college
Experience in healthcare domain would be an added advantage
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
