Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned dealer accounts

  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable Service Business and strategic objectives in assigned dealer accounts

  • Proactively leads a joint dealer planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive dealer relationship

  • Proactively assesses, clarify, and validate dealer needs on an ongoing basis

  • Sells through dealer organizations to end users in coordination with dealer sales resources

  • Maintains excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to dealer rules of engagement

  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel

  • Drives adoption of company policy and strategy with dealers

  • Owns Key Accounts relationships with Dealers and visits customers as agreed proactively proposing Service Contracts, Upgrades and other service offerings as required

  • Drive timely AR collections across dealer managed accounts

  • Manage a formal review meeting with the dealer to include on Weekly/Monthly Basis

Required Qualifications
  • This role requires 10+ years of significant experience in the Services, Customer Contract Management and Channel Partner management

  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's / Master's degree from an accredited university or college

  • Experience in healthcare domain would be an added advantage
