    Job title: Regional Sales Manager - Imaging System

    Location: Pune

    You are responsible for

    • Develops, maintains and improves relations with existing and new customers to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.
    • Responsible for sales of the assigned portfolio
      Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts in order to acheive and exceed own and sales teams quotas.
    • Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
    • Distinguished by additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well as record of success in relevant discipline. Resolve complex issues in effective ways.
    • Has expert level knowledge of company products and services.
    • Regularly interacts with senior management (internal & external).
    • Makes own choice of research items, within given strategy.
    • Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
    • May coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).

    To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

    • Typically requires a Master’s degree with > 10 years of related experience.
    • Certified LEAN Basic
