This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.
Job Description
  • Coordinates all activities associated with PNC Guest Services spaces, including greeting guests, scheduling rooms, phone services, maintaining highly professional appearances, coordinating vendor services, and facilitating special events. Provides concierge and administrative services as needed.
  • Provides support to business leadership, which may include Executive Committee members, and their departments by performing an array of administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision making.
  • Provides highest level of customer service for all end users and Executives.
  • Anticipates all end user needs and resolves problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Participates in regularly assigned short- and long-term projects based on the needs of Realty Services and/or other lines of business.

Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
