Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, and several years of experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or related fields.
  • Experience in orchestration virtual teams to maximize the revenue opportunity
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Telecom Network Equipment (5G, LTE, Fixed Networks, OSS/BSS) Provider industry landscape.Additional or Preferred Qualifications
    • Proven years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
Responsibilities

You will lead the formulation of technology strategies based on customer needs, creating long-term roadmaps and sales strategies that align with our customers' business objectives. By partnering with account executives and technical teams, you will drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI and security, to help our clients stay ahead of the curve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing the technical business relationship with the CIO, CTO, CDO, and other technology leaders.
  • Translating the customer’s desired business outcomes into industry-specific technical architecture.
  • Supporting technical delivery by motivating and inspiring all resources involved in delivering the customer’s success.
  • Developing and executing short- and long-term roadmaps based on targets and customer demand.
  • Challenging the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase Microsoft’s unique value proposition.
  • Orchestrating technical teams to solidify the path to complex journeys, ensuring engagement and collaboration.
  • Leading the design of technical architectures based on customer demand.
  • Providing thought leadership in IT and business strategy, guiding clients through their digital journeys.
  • Collaborating with global teams to gather information, identify potential risks, and develop strategic recommendations that drive business outcomes.
  • Articulating Microsoft technology, market trends, and customer needs to position Microsoft as a key enabler of growth and innovation.
