Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in a sales or partner role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem (e.g., System Integrators, Service Providers, or Independent Software Vendors) serving SMBs at scale.
Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience, running experiments, drawing conclusions, and building actionable plans based on data.
Experience developing growth initiatives, achieving partner business goals, and using sales reporting tools.
Experience driving partner growth and contributing to team culture through leadership skills, creativity, and collaboration.
Experience in organizational, project management, and execution capabilities, with problem solving, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial skill sets.
