Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a sales or partner role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem (e.g., System Integrators, Service Providers, or Independent Software Vendors) serving SMBs at scale.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience, running experiments, drawing conclusions, and building actionable plans based on data.
- Experience developing growth initiatives, achieving partner business goals, and using sales reporting tools.
- Experience driving partner growth and contributing to team culture through leadership skills, creativity, and collaboration.
- Experience in organizational, project management, and execution capabilities, with problem solving, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial skill sets.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud products.
