Own the product cost (FOB) forecasting and modelling for all FOB planning cycles, reporting and analysis. Act as a business partner to the Sourcing Team as well as HQ Finance, and ensure the forecasts are timely delivered to all stakeholders
Own the Price Freeze process (twice a year) and related price adjustment / correction analysis
Own the month-end closing process, forecasting, budgeting and wider accounting mechanics regarding Purchase Price Variances and stock revaluation processes. Collaborate with Group treasury to understand how internal foreign exchange rates policy impact the inventory revaluation process
Take ownership of all FOB related analytics:
Develop, implement or enhance analytical tools and reports to analyze the drivers of FOB evolution and Purchase Price Variances
Evaluate and challenge commercial inputs, providing logical commercial justifications to a diverse range of stakeholders
Perform variance analysis using predictive trend analytics
Build and maintain strong cross-functional, multi-country working relationships with Sourcing, HQ Finance, Accounting teams and other stakeholders
Coach and develop junior talents

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in business, finance, accounting, data analytics or related qualifications (CA/CPA/CIMA/CFA etc.)
5+ years of experience in multinational corporates with roles involving either a strong financial business partnering history or analytical requirements
Manufacturing, sourcing, or retail business preferred
