In this Senior Technical Account Manager(f/m/d) role, you will be identifying sales opportunities and maximizing orders for the company's products and services for our B2B customers.
You will improve customer satisfaction and generate new orders by offering timely response to the technical issues resulting from sales activities.
You will be designing Samsung memory products into diverse applications such as Data Centre, Servers, PC, Telecom, CPE & IND.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team of Technical Account Managers based in Europe
  • Understand customer's requirements and their short-, mid- and long-term objectives and challenges
  • Perform the spec-in of customer specifications requirement and the company's specifications, carry out proposal presentation, benchmark tests, demonstrations, visit exhibitions and customer seminars
  • Perform user environment test, create consulting proposals and build strategies for promoting orders and contracts
  • Support all technical activities from RFI to mass production, such as: answer technical questions, handlingdocumentations/samples,conduct regular technical meetings with customers, track progress and milestones, drive internal development and quality teams to fulfill customers’ requirements, manage troubleshooting with HQ
  • Perform the pre-execution, validation and customizing, product delivery and installation, customer training, stabilization and quality control, as well as address technical issues and claim responses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product planning, technical /product marketing, and executive management to ensure customer needs are met and a trusted partnership is established
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Samsung’s goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within the customer's organization
  • Identify and report future trends, customer needs and new applications
  • Plan the identification of new demand through technical sales proposals and expansion of the existing demand to identify business information and sales opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent in electronics, physics or related areas
  • Solid technical experience in the semiconductor business (e.g. IC design or application engineering)
  • Advanced understanding of IT industries for memory business
  • Experience with Enterprise, networks, AI business customers
  • Experienced professional with full understanding of specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; both written and oral
  • Strong technical marketing and business development skills along with commercial sense
  • Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
