In this role, you will coordinate supply chain process (SCM) for memory products, specifically DRAM modules and Solid State Drives (SSDs).
Also, you will contribute to maximizing sales by coordinating customer demand, production planning and inventory level to meet sales targets and other KPIs.

Role and Responsibilities

• [Stock Allocation] Perform daily allocation of incoming goods against customer orders in line with supply commitments and company strategy.
• [Demand Management] Provide lead-times and quotations to sales with assistance from Product Manager.
• [Production Planning] Coordinate weekly production request to HQ based on customer demand and company targets.
• [KPI Reporting] Track, analyze and report KPIs such as sales progress, inventory level and supply capability.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, or an equivalent education.
• 2+ years of relevant experience within an international high-tech environment in a multinational company.
• Experience within theSemiconductor/Electronicsindustry is advantageous.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and work with complex Excel files (queries, VLOOKUP, SUMIF – macro knowledge is advantageous).
• Customer service oriented approach / mindset.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task under minimum supervision.
• Proactive team player with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken). German will be considered plus as well as other European languages.
