You will:
- be the Key point of contact for the Product Management Team for all order and availability related queries
- match product supply to demand in order to optimize the sales potential
- create reports in regards to sales, inventory, stock level, forecast accuracy
- take care of Data management - data entry and processing in SAP systems
- coordinate statistical forecast for all products with PE Product Managers (including monitoring and continuous improvements initiatives)
- drive Inventory freshness through pro-active initiatives and communication concerning sales forecasts in conjunction with PE Product Management team. This includes New Models Introduction (NMI), End of Life (EOL) coordination, and Inventory Freshness Control (IFC)
- support and drive Business Process Improvement activities
- purchase orders placement and monitoring including sales tracking & coordination of supply Issues
- operational monitoring of replenishment in Germany
You will have:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics Business Administration or other University degree- Supply Chain, procurement, combined with sales or marketing experience
- Fluent English and German, both in writing and speaking
- Excellent skills in Excel, Word, Power Point
- IT knowledge of SAP (BW and R3), very strong command of Excel
- Good time management skills and strong affinity to numbers
- Strong analytical skills
