You will:

  • be the Key point of contact for the Product Management Team for all order and availability related queries
  • match product supply to demand in order to optimize the sales potential
  • create reports in regards to sales, inventory, stock level, forecast accuracy
  • take care of Data management - data entry and processing in SAP systems
  • coordinate statistical forecast for all products with PE Product Managers (including monitoring and continuous improvements initiatives)
  • drive Inventory freshness through pro-active initiatives and communication concerning sales forecasts in conjunction with PE Product Management team. This includes New Models Introduction (NMI), End of Life (EOL) coordination, and Inventory Freshness Control (IFC)
  • support and drive Business Process Improvement activities
  • purchase orders placement and monitoring including sales tracking & coordination of supply Issues
  • operational monitoring of replenishment in Germany

You will have:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics Business Administration or other University degree- Supply Chain, procurement, combined with sales or marketing experience
  • Fluent English and German, both in writing and speaking
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word, Power Point
  • IT knowledge of SAP (BW and R3), very strong command of Excel
  • Good time management skills and strong affinity to numbers
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Interest in Consumer Electronics
