As a member of the Product Marketing team, you will contribute to our EMEA organization, while working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment. In this role, you will manage memory products for embedded application such as Network, CPE, and Industrials. By collaborating with internal & external stakeholders you will promote memory products and sense EMEA market needs as well as competitor activity.
You will contribute to expansion of the product's market coverage by setting up a product line-up operation plan, as well as maximizing sales and minimizing loss by managing product lifecycle and developing pricing strategy to meet the target sales for the product.

Role and Responsibilities

• [Line-up management] Assist in the development and management of the line-up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts and market issue response.
• [Launch management] Assist in the product launch timeline setting by analyzing the new model's target quantity and its profit and loss, and by working with the marketing department.
• [Pricing operation] Assist in the devising of the pricing operation strategy of each segment and model.
• [Discontinuation management] Assist in devising plans to minimize the leftover materials when a product is to be discontinued by setting appropriate discontinuation timeline and plans to utilize the leftover materials.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experiencewithin Product Marketing/ Product Management in the Semiconductor industry
• A Bachelor/ Master degree inMicroelectronics/ElectronicsEngineering or similar
• Experience in Memory is a strong plus
• Good communication skills and ability to negotiate at all levels
• Persuasive and professional presentation skills
• Strong customer orientation
• Self-motivated with ability to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Assertive, determined, flexible and creative personality
• Good written and spoken English, German is a plus
• Willingness to travel (10~20% of the time)
