What you’ll achieve
As thefor Japan, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer, industry, government, and partner relationships at strategic levels while owning the sales management of all aspects of the business.
You will:
- Lead the Global Alliance business, incorporating all System Integrator, Strategic Outsourcer, Cloud Service Provider and Telecoms engagement across Japan.
- Manage and create a Partnership-Centric strategy to create solutions and practice development areas.
- Understand the Japan competitive landscape and overall market dynamics, and use that knowledge to plan strategic investment and growth.
- Work with senior executives across industry to understand their strategic initiatives and priorities.
- Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members.
- Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective organization.
- Create, implement, and execute a Dell Technologies strategy for the Japan market in line with local, regional, and global priorities.
Essential Requirements
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience with at least 8+ years of management / Leadership experience.
- Extensive experience in building relationships and engaging with CxO-level clients.
- High level of expertise in IT infrastructure solutions.
- Proven experience in managing large teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills.
- Capacity to influence and engage other internal teams and stakeholders.
- Strong customer focus and background in working with external partners.
- Experience in complex strategic accounts and customer negotiations
- Alliances Cloud Technologies, Cloud Service Provider Technologies
- Native level Japanese and Business level spoken English
