Shift Details:
Swing Shift: 1:30pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday, including variable hours
Key Responsibilities:
Guide a team of up to 20 associates to achieve excellent results in safety, quality, customer experience, employee engagement, development, and cost management.
Promote initiatives to minimize injury risks and enhance process design, ensuring a safe work environment.
Drive initiatives focused on quality, performance, and Lean processes to exceed business objectives.
Set clear expectations, provide training opportunities, evaluate performance, offer constructive feedback, and hold team members accountable.
Encourage ideas from your team, turning them into actionable improvement plans that are effective and beneficial.
Ensure adherence to best practices and champion eBay's core values.
Use data-driven metrics for capacity planning and staffing, anticipating changes that may impact team performance or customer experience.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven record in leading operational improvements and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Advocate for robust safety, quality, and employee engagement.
Strong analytical abilities with a talent for independent work and influencing others.
Solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges and coaching opportunities.
Comfortable with variable work hours, including weekends, and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
