Shift Details:

• Swing Shift: 1:30pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday, including variable hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide a team of up to 20 associates to achieve excellent results in safety, quality, customer experience, employee engagement, development, and cost management.

• Promote initiatives to minimize injury risks and enhance process design, ensuring a safe work environment.

• Drive initiatives focused on quality, performance, and Lean processes to exceed business objectives.

• Set clear expectations, provide training opportunities, evaluate performance, offer constructive feedback, and hold team members accountable.

• Encourage ideas from your team, turning them into actionable improvement plans that are effective and beneficial.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and champion eBay's core values.

• Use data-driven metrics for capacity planning and staffing, anticipating changes that may impact team performance or customer experience.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

• Proven record in leading operational improvements and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Advocate for robust safety, quality, and employee engagement.

• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for independent work and influencing others.

• Solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges and coaching opportunities.

• Comfortable with variable work hours, including weekends, and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
