Responsibilities:
· Assist in sales and marketing initiatives, promoting our cutting-edge software products and services.
· Provide top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including department heads and the MD's office.
· Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
· Support MD with team activities and drive internal activities to foster an engaging work environment.
Qualifications:
· Graduate or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
· Fluency in Danish and English
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.

Start date: February 2025
6-month limited contract aiming to be extended
