Responsibilities:
Drive Member Engagement & Retention : Develop and execute partnerships to increase member engagement and reduce attrition, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Develop Industry Leading Partnerships : Create and execute a partnership strategy specific to PayPal’s Rewards program across the PayPal’s global footprint, including contract negotiation, integration, execution and mutual launch activities.
Leverage PayPal’s Extensive Partnerships : Establish close relationships and work hand-in-hand with existing merchant-facing teams to leverage the depth and breadth with existing PayPal partnerships and build relationships with C-Suite, VP, and senior-level management at existing partners, engendering trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness and mutual benefit
Establish Long Lasting, Mutually Beneficial Partnerships : Understand partner ecosystems, partner business models, needs of partners, and PayPal solutions to uncover opportunities and craft partner-specific solutions.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Stakeholders : Work closely with PayPal’s Product Development, Project Management, Marketing and other internal teams from partnership development to ongoing management to ensure a best in class partnership portfolio in line with the Rewards Program’s business objectives.
Boost Awareness of Partnerships : Work with Marketing to create strategies and execute activities that will drive partner advocacy, new customer acquisition, and incremental behavior from existing PayPal customers.
