Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and global market expansion by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities
  • Lead the negotiation with external partners and engage cross-functional support colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.
  • Develop and execute an overall business strategy to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities to drive revenue growth and global market expansion.
  • Influence the negotiation with external partners, engaging cross-functional support colleagues, to ensure successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.
  • Align product and business levers (such as pricing and FX) to maximize revenue and market expansion opportunities.
  • Engage closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to drive the architectural runway and determine the best technicalimplementation/design.
  • Represent the end customer on an ongoing basis and use this knowledge to drive effective prioritization and decision-making.
  • Collaborate and influence product outcomes in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Banking Partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Member Engagement & Retention
    Support the execution of loyalty partnerships and campaigns that increase member engagement and satisfaction, reduce churn, and promote long-term program participation.

  • Support Development of Industry-Leading Partnerships
    Assist in executing a partner strategy for PayPal Rewards across global markets, including helping with contract preparation, integration logistics, and partner onboarding.

  • Leverage PayPal’s Existing Merchant Relationships
    Work alongside PayPal’s merchant-facing teams to identify opportunities to extend and enrich existing partnerships, providing operational support to build trust and mutual value.

  • Build and Support Strategic, Mutually Beneficial Partnerships
    Develop a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and business models to help tailor solutions that align with both partner goals and PayPal’s Rewards vision.

  • Execute and Optimize Partner Campaigns
    Coordinate cross-functional activities related to campaign launches, partner communications, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Collaborate Across Functions
    Partner with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Legal, Analytics, and Project Management to support the implementation and success of partner-driven initiatives.

  • Boost Awareness and Program Impact
    Assist the Marketing team in executing strategies that promote partner offerings, enhance customer acquisition, and increase member spend within the PayPal ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, loyalty programs, account management, or related fields

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders

  • Excellent communication andrelationship-buildingskills—both internally and externally

  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience preparing reports, summaries, or insights

  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and contribute to both strategic discussions and hands-on execution

  • Prior exposure to loyalty, rewards, fintech, or e-commerce is a strong plus

The US national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250
