As the Senior Manager of Loyalty Project Management, you will oversee and coordinate all project management activities within the Loyalty Program group. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, align with strategic goals, and enhance the overall customer experience.You will collaborate closely with the Loyalty team leadership to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. In this role, you will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, while coordinating cross-functional teams to drive successful execution and delivery. You will monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Regularly, you will prepare and present detailed project updates and reports to the Director of Loyalty Program and Experience. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will manage stakeholder communication and expectations, support strategic planning and decision-making for the loyalty program, and foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and recommending opportunities for process enhancements.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and global market expansion by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities

  • Lead the negotiation with external partners and engage cross-functional support colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.

  • Develop and execute an overall business strategy to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities to drive revenue growth and global market expansion.

  • Influence the negotiation with external partners, engaging cross-functional support colleagues, to ensure successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.

  • Align product and business levers (such as pricing and FX) to maximize revenue and market expansion opportunities.

  • Engage closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to drive the architectural runway and determine the best technicalimplementation/design.

  • Represent the end customer on an ongoing basis and use this knowledge to drive effective prioritization and decision-making.

  • Collaborate and influence product outcomes in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Banking Partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $123,500 to $212,850
