Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy: Lead the design, development, and evolution of PayPal’s customer loyalty program, ensuring it is competitive, scalable, and aligned with business objectives and ensure the program’s benefits, value propositions, and experience components to drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

  • Loyalty Experience and Engagement: Drive the development and execution of customer engagement tactics that enhance user experience, build brand loyalty, and reduce churn and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to create innovative and personalized experiences that encourage greater customer interaction with PayPal products and services.

  • Financial and Operational Management: Work closely with PayPal’s finance, product, and operations teams to ensure the operational success and profitability of loyalty program and collaborate with those teams on the financial management of loyalty program, including cost and revenue forecasting, budget management, and P&L oversight

  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Keep PayPal’s Loyalty program up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes, ensuring that PayPal's loyalty initiatives remain innovative and relevant and evaluate competitor loyalty programs and analyze industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with teams across product, marketing, corporate strategy, customer support, IT, and analytics to ensure alignment and integration of loyalty strategies across all customer touchpoints and ensure that loyalty-related communications and marketing campaigns consistently reflect the brand’s values and deliver a world-class customer experience

  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Champion innovative loyalty strategies and new business models, testing and scaling initiatives to drive customer loyalty across all PayPal products and evaluate new technologies, trends, and customer insights to continuously evolve the loyalty program.
