Therefore, Solution Integration team within Digital Operation Automation of Service Practice requires technical support to assess, propose feature adaptation, development & deployment of features / solutions, document the delivery of newly implemented features / projects to manage current workload.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  • Resolving support incident within the defined service level agreement
  • Implementing standard change request
  • Development of features / solution within the Nokia Framework in Nokia’s development environment of different instances
  • Support in System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
  • Refactoring issues / bugs identified during System Integration & User Acceptance Test
  • Carrying out knowledge transfer/ handover of the developed / deployed solution / features, including code base to Nokia resources to ensure a seamless operational support.
  • Assess, propose feature adaptation, effort estimation.
  • working alongside with Nokia’s Solution Architects, Business Analyst and technical resources to deliver the agreed deliverables and services.

ON-CALL SUPPORT (at least once a week per month)

  • Ensure 24*7 support by providing On-Call Support (out of business and office hrs)
  • On-Call shall be agreed of week basis
  • The on-call incident should be resolved within DOA SI Incident Management SLA
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

All modes of communication both verbal and written shall be in English.

The Mandatory skills required are

  • Typically, with 5 to 7 years’ experience with the product detailed knowledge
  • Proficiency in IBM’s Tivoli Netcool Suite, including NOI, DASH, OMNIbus, and IMPACT.
  • Coordination with ARS/Remedy/Helix Ticketing environments.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/JavaScript/Java/Shell for automation
  • High-level troubleshooting skills to resolve issues without relying on patches or R&D
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics.

IBM-AIOps certification or relevant AI and machine learning certifications
