In this role you will be facing different challenges such as out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well, performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking and strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together .

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day workload in an efficient manner,
• Full operational support to different LOBs regarding external payments,
• Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with, partner with them on a day to day basis to perform more efficiently,
• Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved,
• Escalating issues in a timely manner

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• Bachelor student or experience in similar roles within high performance firms.
• Intermediate English.
• Intermediate Excel Skills.
• Organized, attention to details & sense of urgency are a must.
• Experience on managing day to day work with tight deadlines.
• Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.
• Team player and willingness to collaborate.

Preferred Qualifications

Alteryx & UI Path knowledge is a plus.
