Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with a collection of US Marketing brand leads, Omnichannel leads and AORs to identify annual marketing plan.
  • Collaboration with US Marketing brand leads to create production briefs for each modular content/derivative asset the brand team needs to deliver on their annual marketing plan. The production brief is the ‘contract’ between the brand and the EY studio to create the most impactful assets, maximizing modular content reuse and customer insights to drive personalization/omnichannel engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and the Content Factory to create, tag, produce, review and publish the requested assets.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization to create assets with the greatest impact and fastest time to market.
  • Collaborate with the Production PM/Producer to make sure the asset creation process is moving as quickly and with the highest quality as possible
  • Collaborate with the MLR specialist to make sure the assets are ready for MLR review and once approved are ready for distribution
  • Creation of new modular content as needed and collaboration with the Content Factory Content Library lead to make sure all content is tagged for easy access and reuse

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • At least 4 years’ life science agency strategy and/or account management experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience working with life science content production teams to deliver high quality content production
  • Experience with marketing technology used within the life science omnichannel (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, Adobe AEM/Workfront, SFMC)
  • Experience creating omnichannel customer journeys and annual engagement plans in life science
  • Experience participating in the MLR process for brand teams in life science
  • Willingness to be on-site 60-80% of the time in Princeton, NJ

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $110,300 to $145,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
