Life Sciences Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with a collection of US Marketing brand leads, Omnichannel leads and AORs to prepare and submit tactics to the client MLR process for review and approval.
  • Translate all feedback from the MLR team to the EY creative resources in the Content Factory to make any improvements based on MLR comments.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and the Content Factory to tag, produce, and the requested assets.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization to create assets with the greatest impact and fastest time to market.
  • Collaborate with the creative team, Content Strategist and client MLR resources to make sure assets move quickly through the creation and production process for efficient MLR review.
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategist and Content Factory creative resources to make sure the assets are ready for MLR review and once approved are properly tagged and stored in the content library and are shared with the appropriate group (media agency or client IT) for publication

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • At least 2 years’ life science agency or life science company MLR coordinator
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with life science content production teams to deliver high quality content production
  • Experience with marketing technology used within the life science MLR review and modular content (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, Adobe AEM/Workfront, Veeva Vault)
  • Experience participating in the MLR process for brand teams in life science
  • Willingness to be on-site30%

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $92,600 to $169,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $111,100 to $192,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
