Responsible in providing recruitment support throughout the recruitment and selection process from internal and external sources. Functions supported may cover on or more of the following areas: sourcing and screening, skills assessment and exam administration, on-boarding support, routine and ad hoc tasks as needed.Responsibilities:
Develops effective working relationships with other HR stakeholders, first level managers and peers
Screens profiles in the applicant tracking system and profile candidates to the existing requirements
Serves as the focal for prospects, inquiries, and applicants seeking assistance with the admission or assessment process
Tracks and record communications by phone and email to address requests for information, guidance, application completion and other concerns
Assists with facilitating onsite or offsite recruitment events
Administers assessments for both internal and external candidates
Managing inventory of assessment IDs
Manage interview calendars, timelines and scheduling details
Recruitment Center Management
Performs administrative tasks necessary from sourcing, selection, pre-boarding up to reporting
Managing inventory of recruitment supplies
Collaborates with Supply Chain Management and Group Third Party Risk Officers in the administration and management of vendor contracts. Follow up with engagement managers in addressing contract risks identified in the assessment process.
Qualifications:
College Degree is desired
Two (2) or more years of work experience in a fast paced and professional work environment. Preferably with prior experience in sourcing, staffing administration, recruitment documentation, processes and reports.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with outstanding organizational skills, while maintaining flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
With strong customer relations skills and work in a large team environment with a high sense of urgency
Ensure excellent and professional service standards and ability to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
Proven organizational skills with solid attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Must be willing to work in midshift (1:00PM to 10:00PM), extended hours and work days if needed as deemed necessary by the business
