Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administration and logistics of EMEA divisional training meetings; meetings registration and approval; purchase orders; training rooms booking and preparation, materials sourcing, accommodation & F&B, surveys
  • Support EndoAcademy new hire onboarding with call scheduling, material sourcing, Field Sales Trainers coordination, communication and other logistics
  • Manage Field Sales Trainers’ (FST) meetings, monthly calls, activity records and quarterly payments
  • Record and track EMEA training activities; manage development of metrics and reports. Keep Endo EMEA Commercial team list updated.
  • Maintain Training SharePoint site up to date by uploading newly created material – collaborate with the Digital Learning Specialist
  • Maintain the EMEA Endoscopy Training Calendar and Management SharePoint site updated
  • Organize meetings, call/video conferences, minute & action documentation
  • Manage legal and regulatory approval of training material
  • Manage sponsorship, contracts and honorariums for physicians or third-party contractors
  • Manage purchase orders and invoices, budget maintenance and control
  • Support the Commercial Learning & Development Managers in the creation of trainings, surveys and communications

Knowledge, Skills & Ability Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ADE or Project Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional English).
  • Strong organizational and executional skills
  • PowerPoint, Excel and Word proficiency required, survey monkey and other digital meeting tools and new technologies highly valued
  • Good Analytical skills – surveys and metrics creation and management
  • Capable to work autonomously and in remote environment
  • Good collaborative skills, team player and ability to build relationships
  • Creative problem solver, self-starter and self-motivated attitude
  • Eager to learn, teach and innovate
