What You’ll Do
Responsibilities

· Respond to allreservation and new ownership inquiries from multiple contact channels in atimely and accurate manner.

· Work with existingReservation holders to convert their reservation in to a production order inorder to achieve expected build, shipment and delivery objectives.

· Conduct businessdealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that representsthe Tesla brand values.

· Utilize a consistentcontact process to follow-up, nurture, and close leads generated by marketingcampaigns.

· Achieve company aims forvehicle order levels.

· Maximize and leveragephone time, including pre-call planning, and adhere to activity metrics.

· Keep up with industrytrends and best practices, including utilization of new technology and webresources.

· Work with the technicaldepartments to understand current vehicle and production talking points.

· Provide suggestions forwebsite improvements.

· Escalate matters thatrequire senior management concurrence in a timely manner to line management.

· Work on the continuousimprovement of processes and procedures related with the purchase of a Tesla.

What You’ll Bring
Requirements

· Strong team-player.

· Excellent Communicationand relationship management skills, both oral and written.

· Bachelor’s Degreepreferred or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptionalability

· Ability to prioritizeeffectively and handle shifting priorities.

· Attention to quality anddetail.

· Valid driving license.

· Fluency in Chinese andEnglish
