Reviewing and assessing customer inquiries, escalating follow-ups, managing pre-delivery orders, and analyzing post-delivery feedback
Using a consultative approach to influence customer purchases while also buying into Tesla's mission, business model and brand. Accurately documenting data, concerns, and relevant information on the various tools used
Maintaining customer relationships from the initial interaction throughout the customer journey
