Location:São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid

  • Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.

  • Analyze complex, real world, unique problems, often working in production environments.

  • Research, document, and share knowledge through creation of Knowledge Base articles, Wiki documents, SAP Community answers, etc.

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.

  • Feel the satisfaction of delivering a solution to customers that makes their businesses run simpler and better.

  • Work as part of an international team; meet, work, and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world!

  • Participate in global projects around support processes

  • Attend (external and internal) e-Learning Lessons, remote learning sessions, classroom training and coaching.

  • Help to ensure SLAs are met on time and escalated cases are assigned promptly to the right experts.

What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, or related areas

  • Knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming desired (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.)

  • Some knowledge of database structures and SQL preferred

  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)

  • Problem-solving/analytical skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Flexible approach to working in teams and hybrid environments

  • Fluent in English
