As a Senior Value Advisor for the Banking and Insurance industries in France, you will engage with clients at the highest decision-making levels before, during, and after sales cycles to identify, position, and deliver the most differentiated and ambitious value proposition tailored to their specific needs.
By leveraging your expertise across three key dimensions—Industry, Value, and Advisory—your mission will be to guide clients on their journey to becoming Intelligent, Sustainable, and AI-powered Enterprises.• Shape Value Propositions: Develop compelling business cases and value propositions tailored to customer needs by analyzing market trends, financials, and industry dynamics. Employ value-selling methodologies to align solutions with customer growth strategies.
• Engage with Executives: Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders, facilitating workshops and strategic discussions to align business and IT priorities. Provide insights that connect transformation goals with tangible outcomes.
• Lead Transformation Initiatives: Guide customers through the entire lifecycle of their ERP transformation, from identifying opportunities and defining priorities to benchmarking value realization post-deployment.
• Champion Industry Expertise on Banking and Insurance Industries: Leverage your deep understanding of industry-specific processes, challenges, and opportunities to offer tailored advice and ensure alignment with best practices and benchmarks.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with SAP experts, solution architects, and sales teams to craft impactful strategies that accelerate sales cycles and deliver value for customers.
• Professional Experience: 10+ years in senior roles such as management consulting, strategy development, business development, or transformation leadership within a top-tier firm or enterprise.
• Industry and Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge of value-based selling, business case creation, and digital transformation, with expertise in industries such as Banking and Insurance.
• Executive Communication Skills: Strong executive presence, active listening, and the ability to deliver high-quality, impactful deliverables for senior decision-makers.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to perform detailed financial and operational analyses, paired with the creativity to craft innovative, customer-centric solutions.
• Leadership and Influence: Comfortable working autonomously, managing by influence in a global matrix organization, and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Education: Master’s degree (MBA preferred), with fluency in English and French.
