Greeting visitors from around the globe, acting as "CEO" responsible for first impressions for internal and external contacts entering our office.
Organizing and coordinating conference room scheduling, room resourcing, room reservations and special conference room projects.
Assisting with New Hire orientation by providing the employee experience and help settling into the room.
Ensure visitors are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their visit
Assisting with events, projects and service requests as needed and ensure it runs as planned
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time, handling incoming and outgoing mail distribution, reception, and office main telephone line response
Handling all visitor pre-registration requests and ensure compliances are met and aligned with our security measures and requirements
Handling security badge inventory, information, and reordering supplies
Relevant education (hospitality) and 2+ years ofexperience as Receptionist at an international company
Good command of the English and German language
Perform in various reception, hospitality and administrative related tasks
Driven and pro-active with the ability to be responsible for tasks from start to finish
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Good knowledge of customer relations
Good telephone communication etiquette
Accountable, humble, helpful and approachable
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
