What you will be doing:

  • Open/close a corporate lobby to prepare for visitors, employees, and activities. Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency when assisting with the day-to-day operations of the front desk and building needs. Act as a building concierge to all visitors, customers & employees. Communication resource for visiting employees from around the globe.

  • Greet guests and visitors, acting as a "CEO" of first impressions for internal and external contacts. Ensure guests are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their visit.

  • Ensure that all daily reception processes and procedures are followed and updated. Handle all visitor pre-registration requests and ensure compliances are met and aligned with our NDA and CTPAT requirements.

  • Update and maintain corporate resource binder to ensure accuracy of information.

  • Organize and coordinate conference room scheduling, room resourcing, room reservations and special conference room projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects for critical events such as GTC, photoshoots, company meetings, etc.

  • Assist with New Hire orientation by providing the employee experience and help with NHO room. Assist employees with obtaining temporary employee badges.

  • Maintaining visitor badge inventory, information, and reordering supplies.

  • Assist with coordinating events, projects and service requests as needed and understand facilities and security operational expectations to deliver the right content and services to employees and visitors. Act as an extension of Security and keep open communication with internal GSOC.

  • Provide assistance to the RESS team: help requests, building walk-throughs, conference room resources, Digilocker assignment, etc. Work in conjunction with the EBC Center to support high-level customer visits as well as take necessary training courses, attend meetings as needed to build knowledge base and expertise.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attendance record is required.

  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

  • 3+ years of experience.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Mature mind-set focusing on being accountable, dependable, and culpable.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible with schedule changes, lunch changes, OT, and work assignments.

  • Articulate, hard-working, and quick on your feet with the ability to present information concisely.

  • Knows how to organize and prioritize work smoothly with good time management.

  • Can thoughtfully work both collaboratively and independently with little supervision.

  • Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Works well with a variety of people and partners with a positive customer service attitude.
