SAP SuccessFactors Consultant role with hands on experience focused on Compensation and Variable Pay:
Independently manage large implementation projects such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, Compensation statements etc.
Adhere to system implementation standards and methodologies.
What You Bring:
1.5+ years in SF Compensation & Variable Pay.
Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations in Compensation, 1 in Variable Pay.
Integration knowledge with modules like PMGM and EC.
Strong SuccessFactors Compensation knowledge and certification.
Cross-functional communication skills; experience in offshore/onsite model.
International environment experience is beneficial.
